Terms and conditions of rental: A deposit is required to secure your booking. This deposit is non refundable if a cancellation is made less than 8 weeks before arrival. Full payment is required 6 weeks prior to arrival. A security deposit per property is required on arrival which will be refunded on departure with a deduction for any damages to the property. On departure the property should be left clean. Cleaning materials are provided. Should you wish the property to be cleaned for you a charge per property will be made. All bed linen and towels are provided. Clean linen is provided each week.
The pool is fitted with an alarm for your safety. Keys are located by the pool to disable the alarm when in use. All children must be accompanied in the pool area and are the responsibility of the parents or guardians. The hot Spa is not suitable for small children and older children using the spa should be supervised. |
